1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and ph2win ("ph2win," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph2win.net and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Security

The registration of multiple accounts — whether using different usernames, mobile numbers, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ph2win employs technical and operational measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be suspended, and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited at ph2win's sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph2win login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph2win will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to keep credentials secure. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on ph2win are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). ph2win does not apply currency conversion fees on PHP transactions. Players using cryptocurrency payment options (e.g., USDT) are responsible for any network fees or conversion differences.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

4.5 Declined Transactions

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Gameplay and Fair Use

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Creation of more than one account per individual.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph2win Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ph2win Platform without the express written permission of ph2win or the relevant rights holder.

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Termination and Suspension

ph2win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where ph2win has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A player is engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Account closure is required by applicable law, regulation, or a PAGCOR directive.
• The player is underage or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.

Upon account closure for legitimate breach of these Terms, ph2win may forfeit any balance held in the account. Where closure is for other reasons — such as a player's voluntary request — the remaining balance (net of any pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of KYC procedures.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14 Amendments to These Terms

ph2win reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via a notification on the ph2win Platform and/or by SMS to the registered mobile number at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the ph2win Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
